What is a "personal concierge"?

Personal concierges  provide personalized assistance to clients, often to help them manage their time and responsibilities. Concierges can perform a wide range of tasks and can work on a short-term or long-term basis. We are kind of like a house manager or a personal assistant that you are paying for by the hour for a la carte services when you need them.

How Does Payment Work?

We definitely recommend completing the form on the contact page or calling/emailing us directly before booking anything so we can  discuss what will make the most sense for your needs. We are able to invoice for labor after completion of a la carte tasks so that you don't pay for more time than you need.

For services that involve any kind of personal shopping (errand running, grocery shopping, gift shopping, etc.), we will discuss budget ahead of time. I will pre-emptively invoice you for that budgeted amount before shopping. When I am finished shopping, I will return all receipts with the items with an itemized list. Should I be under-budget (which  is always the goal), you can  decide if you would rather have the money directly refunded or put toward the hourly service fee.

 

All agreements will be in writing with clear parameters so your money is protected and accounted for!
